Meribel Poker Tournament Day 5 - Saturday 26th January 2013So for the last week I’ve been spending most of my evenings out of Courchevel. I have been playing/watching poker at the 1st Poker Tournament to be held in Meribel sponsored by PMU.
Such events have been made possible after many arguments with the authorities that poker is actually a game of skill and it’s not just a lottery.

Courchevel Snow Update

For the first time in a very long time, a black flag has been flying at the top of the mountain. This denotes a category 5 avalanche danger. With so much fresh snow on-piste why anyone would want to venture off-piste is anyones question.
